New super branch plumbing supply centre opens in Slough
Plumbing and heating supplier Wolseley has opened a new Pipe Center in Slough.
The former Slough branch has been replaced with the new 30,000 sq ft facilty due to high demand among customers, such as plumbers and handymen.
A Climate Center trade counter will also feature at the new site, which has been purpose built.
Tony Morris, managing director of Wolseley's Commercial and Industrial division explained that the new site is placed to "serve major projects in the capital and across the region".
Slough manager Eamonn Phelan added that the new site is "far better suited to our needs".
He added: "I believe the success of the branch is down to our dedicated team, we have a lot of experience here and everyone is focused on getting the job done."
The opening of the purpose built facility comes after the company was named Supplier of the Year at an award ceremony by facilities management firm Interserve.
